Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Agivo, a service for publishing and managing static websites and files. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
Your account and credentials
Provide an email address you control and keep your password, API tokens, and private claim links secure. You are responsible for the activity you authorize, including activity by agents using your credentials. Review an agent's output before publishing it.
Your content
You retain your rights in the content you upload. You authorize Agivo to store and serve that content as needed to provide hosting and the deployment features you use. You must have permission to upload and share it, and you are responsible for its accuracy, legality, and any personal information it contains.
Public projects can be accessed and copied by others. Do not upload passwords, private keys, confidential information, or personal data you are not entitled to disclose. Access controls do not replace your own security review.
Acceptable use
Do not use Agivo for illegal content or activity, child sexual abuse material, malware, phishing, fraud, credential theft, harassment, threats, or material that infringes others' rights. Do not attack the service or other users, evade access controls or quotas, send abusive automated traffic, or use hosting to facilitate harm.
Hosting and limits
Agivo hosts static files; it does not run your server-side application code. Storage and publishing limits apply. Temporary projects expire unless claimed within the available claim period. Deployment history and rollback are service features, not a substitute for keeping your own backups. Keep an independent copy of your files.
Abuse and suspension
Agivo may investigate suspected abuse and restrict access, suspend accounts or credentials, or remove content that violates these terms, threatens security, or must be removed by law. Urgent action may occur without advance notice. Do not attempt to bypass a restriction.
Availability and responsibility
The service is provided as available. Agivo does not promise uninterrupted access, permanent storage, error-free operation, or suitability for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Agivo disclaims implied warranties and liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. These terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Stopping use and changes
You can stop using Agivo, log out, and revoke your API tokens from the dashboard. Stopping use does not automatically delete stored account information or uploaded content. See the Privacy Policy for the available controls and retention limitations. Updated terms will be published on this page; review them before continuing to use the service.
